I See Heaven
I see Heaven, reality is near.
What once was a mystery
has now become clear.
The Table is ready
all things are now set.
Preparation is finished
“My Bride, I must get.”
The stirring in hearts
preparing the way
is subtly whispering:
“Perhaps today.”
Excitement is brewing
erupting with joy.
“My glory is spreading
through each girl and boy.”
I can see heaven,
it’s coming into view.
Look, there’s Jesus!
He’s calling me and you.
He’s smiling and glowing
with fire in His eyes.
KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS
is written on His thigh.
I love You, my Savior.
Thank You for Your life.
I’m looking forward
to being Your wife.
For now I see Heaven
with my eye of faith.
But one day I’ll live there
beholding Your face.
