About Call of the Spirit Publications

Vision Statement of Call of the Spirit Publications

The name Call of the Spirit Publications came one afternoon while in prayer with the knowing that a major part of my vision and calling was to write and publish my own works.

Call of the Spirit meaning: what the Spirit of God is saying to the Church; His calling (or message) for the hour, being fully aware that I’m not the only voice speaking His will in the earth today.

My purpose is to affect and infect everyone, who has an ear to hear, with the fire, passion and zeal to walk with God and express Him in their world — daily!

I’m looking to see Jesus freely manifesting through His body with the signs and wonders that will announce to the world His great love for them, drawing them to Him as He’s lifted up before them.

My desire is for the entire Body of Christ to be actively involved in the harvesting of souls (precious fruit of the earth) our Heavenly Father is waiting for; rising up strong against the wiles of the devil, putting (and keeping) him in his place, as we plunder hell for those around us.

Possibly the most important step that will lead to this end is for each of us to be strong in spirit, soul and body; for, if the world cannot see (witness) the power of God in us, how will they believe our words of Good News for them?

Strong in spirit: having a solid foundation, Christ the cornerstone; strong in soul, having our minds renewed with the Word of God; strong in body, having the life of Jesus manifested in our mortal flesh!

IT IS FINISHED!

Michael Leach has sensed the Lord’s call since the age of eight. Finally surrendering at 26 and being filled with the Holy Spirit, his passion to walk with God drives him to “affect and infect” others with the same desire. Graduating from RHEMA Bible Training Center in 1988, he now makes his home in Southeast, Michigan.

Reading how the Lord quickened Paul regarding his mission for ministry (Acts 13:47), I set myself to seek the Lord for my direction or quickening (a portion of Scripture the Holy Spirit sparks in one’s heart for ownership–revelation). That came the summer of 2015 when I read Psalm 71:18: “Now also when I am old and gray headed, O God, do not forsake me, Until I declare Your strength to this generation, Your power to everyone who is to come.”
